I have designed my own fully integrated budget and specification guide that allows you to design and keep track of where your money is being spent. You can easily raise or lower allowances in the budget in order to make room for those items of greater importance.
Bank Forms
There are many forms the banks use that can easily be applied to your project if you are handling all the funding in-house. These lien releases and forms will ensure checks and balance on your money, so you can sleep at night knowing everyone is paid and can't lien your house. I have used every draw and voucher system banks have to offer and I am in good standing with all local and national banks.
Change Orders and Communication
All changes shall be detailed out with price and drawings if necessary for your convenience. They shall be signed by all parties and paid after the work is completed and approved.
