Poul Norholm is a well respected licensed general contractor.  Since 1997, Poul has been specializing in Custom Homes. His excellent customer service and quality workmanship has earned him a reputation as one of the Central Coast's premiere custom home builders. 

Poul graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.

His passion for creating beautiful custom homes and landscapes began in 1997 when he built a local developers personal home.  The above picture you have been viewing is that first home, built for Cliff Branch and his family.  His reputation quickly rose to prominence as a much sought after custom home specialist. 

Through the years Poul has expanded his business to become a corporation and include other areas such as landscape design and installation, room additions, remodels, and insurance claims.

Poul's passion for quality craftsmanship is reflected in the beautiful homes and landscapes that he creates. An ability to collaborate with architects, contractors, and his clients have earned Poul a well deserved reputation as a true professional.
